Job summary

Experis in Zurich is seeking a Business Analyst for Compliance & Workflow Automation on a hybrid basis. You will analyze the current CoI Register process, identify automation opportunities, and translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Business, and IT to align on scope and priorities. The role requires proven BA experience in regulatory environments, strong requirements gathering, and familiarity with IT workflow tools such as

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsabilities:

• Analyse the current CoI Register process and identify opportunities for automation
• Explore and assess solution options for an automated IT workflow, e.g. on Flowable or ServiceNow

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment
• Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements
• Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. German is a plus

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of Flowable and/or ServiceNow
• Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, IREB, IIBA)
• Experience with Conflict of Interest, governance or regulatory frameworks in financial services
