Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Compliance IT Workflow to translate business requirements into a streamlined automated workflow for a global compliance register. The role bridges business and IT, ensuring regulatory alignment and pragmatic solution design.

You will gather and document requirements, assess workflow technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to define a robust IT workflow strategy. Fluent English is required; German is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally in compliance IT workflows or regulated environments.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to connect business needs with technical possibilities and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Knowledge of Flowable or ServiceNow is advantageous.

We are supporting a leading private banking and wealth management organisation looking for a Business Analyst – Compliance IT Workflow to help explore and define an automated workflow solution for a global compliance register.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and assess options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for the Global Col Register, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with the framework owner.
