Job summary

Experis Switzerland in Zurich is seeking a Business Analyst to review the current CoI Register process and identify automation opportunities. You will gather and document requirements with the framework owner and translate regulatory needs into functional specs.

This contract-driven role covers IT workflow automation options (Flowable or ServiceNow) and requires strong communication in English; German is a plus. Start asap, 15.11.2026, until 31.01.2027, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. German is a plus.

Your Profile

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of Flowable and/or ServiceNow
• Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, IREB, IIBA)
• Experience with Conflict of Interest, governance or regulatory frameworks in financial services
