Job summary

Swisslinx AG in Zurich is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead compliance and workflow automation initiatives for a major IT project. The role focuses on automating regulatory workflows and the Global CoI Register, aligning with banking standards.

You will gather requirements, bridge business and IT teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and help design a scalable automated solution that improves efficiency and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT/Technical BA or requirements engineer.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering and process analysis.
• Understanding of compliance-related IT workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate options for automating compliance-related IT workflows.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements with the Framework Owner.
• Support design and conceptualisation of an automated workflow solution for the Global CoI Register.
• Ensure proposed solutions address regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Act as interface between business stakeholders, compliance and IT teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
