Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Product Manager for Finance and Account Management in a global eCommerce setting. You will own strategy for payments, invoicing, and account lifecycle, driving cost reductions and revenue growth while managing risk.

AI-enabled discovery and data-driven decisions will shape scalable, compliant product solutions across regions. You will collaborate with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Engineering, leading multiple squads and delivering MVPs with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Experience with Stripe or Adyen and multi-currency settlements.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST invoicing and revenue accounting.
• Strong ability to analyze data with SQL and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Finance and Account Management.
• Reduce payment costs via optimized methods and migrations.
• Drive revenue and invoicing accuracy through pricing and fees.
• Lead end-to-end account lifecycle including verification and roles.
• Define fraud prevention and risk management across onboarding and payments.
• Collaborate with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Eng for scalable solutions.
• Establish metrics for GMV, payment success, disputes, and fraud losses.
• Write PRDs and Opportunity Assessments with clear trade-offs.
• Apply AI to discovery, analysis, PRD creation, and data checks.
• Mentor junior product managers and raise standards.
