Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner in Switzerland, seeks a Product Manager – Anti-Fraud to lead the development of products detecting and preventing fraud across onboarding, payments, and account security. You will partner with Trust & Safety, Engineering, and Data Science to translate risk into scalable solutions.

In this role you will define roadmaps, manage risk rules, oversee experiments, and ensure compliance with payment networks and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or Trust & Safety.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of payment fraud, KYC/AML processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
• Strategic thinking and prioritization in ambiguous environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Incident management mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the anti-fraud product roadmap across onboarding, payments, and security.
• Develop fraud detection capabilities including card fraud, account takeovers, and abuse.
• Manage risk rules and scoring systems with auditable workflows.
• Improve Trust & Safety operations with review tools and case management.
• Optimize customer verification experiences and step-up authentication.
• Define detection signals and incident response workflows with teams.
• Translate risk challenges into clear PRDs and specs for engineers.
• Collaborate on detection models with Analytics and Data Science.
• Run experiments, monitor performance, and evaluate false positives.
