Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Finance Technology ecosystem, spanning Dynamics 365 F&O and adjacent platforms across R2R, P2P, I2C, and more. You will partner with Finance and IT leaders to align roadmaps with business value and rigorous controls.

You will define features and acceptance criteria, drive agile delivery, and explore AI-assisted opportunities while ensuring auditability and scalable integrations across supply chain and commerce systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on product management shipping enterprise software that teams rely on daily.
Deep expertise in enterprise finance processes and ERP ecosystems (e.g., D365 F&O, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite).
Ability to translate complex architecture into clear business narratives with data and user insights.
Experience partnering with finance leaders, engineering teams, and functional consultants.

Responsibilities

Own and groom the technology product backlog for finance platforms; write features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Lead discovery and sprint refinement with engineering and functional consultants for rapid delivery.
Build roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to reduce cycle time and deliver measurable business value.
Validate AI-driven opportunities for finance workflows with guardrails and cost-per-task considerations.
