Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to support Innovative Medicine manufacturing and the IMFT transformation. This role will design and implement future-state finance processes, data and technology, partnering with site finance and supply chain to enable advanced COGS analytics.

The position requires 5+ years of finance experience, cross-time-zone flexibility, and travel up to 20%. It can be located in the Americas or Europe and involves coordinating with regional finance leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years in finance or related business experience.
• Ability to operate across multiple time zones in Americas or Europe.
• Experience in Innovative Medicine manufacturing preferred.
• Travel domestically and abroad up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Represent IMSC site finance in IMFT design and deployment of future-state processes.
• Leverage ERP and Anaplan expertise to influence COGS analytics capabilities.
• Champion opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate.
• Propose scalable solutions reflecting site realities.
• Coordinate with IMFT and IMSC leadership, including CFO updates.
• Lead cross-site finance efforts across global manufacturing sites.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.
