Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Supply Chain Finance to lead the Currency Management team across DePuy Synthes during a planned standalone separation. You will build end-to-end processes for exposure identification, hedging, inventory accounting, and analytics.

This role requires strong leadership, GAAP expertise, and cross-functional partnership with Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Technology to ensure continuity through the transition.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance required.
• Master's degree or recognized financial qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a global team of three finance professionals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for currency-related topics across the business.
• Identify and manage foreign currency exposures, including centralized forecasting and hedging.
• Ensure compliant hedge and inventory accounting following US GAAP.
