Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain seeks a Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration across the MTSC Transformation Office. The role focuses on deploying standard definitions and integrating Warehouse Management System capabilities across 3PL sites within the asset-light model, aligning processes and data across Order-to-Cash and warehouse operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, or partner/vendor coordination.
• Experience defining and improving operational processes, governance, or project coordination.
• Experience in shaping and implementing WMS/TMS.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain business process integration requirements related to 3PL WMS operations across the global distribution network.
• Support definition of end-to-end warehouse operational workflows and integration points between J&J systems and 3PL WMS environments.
• Establish standardized business process requirements and operational interaction models.
• Collaborate with Systems Strategy and IT teams to translate requirements into system and integration specs.
• Define requirements related to inventory management, inbound/outbound, order processing, and warehouse transactions within 3PL environments.
• Partner with teams to develop and deploy integration frameworks and playbooks for 3PL WMS operations.
