Qualifications

• Experience in Innovative Medicine manufacturing is preferred.
• At least 5 years of finance or related business experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape design and implementation of future-state finance processes, data and technology for IM manufacturing network.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design processes for COGS analytics.
• Lead cross-site collaboration and drive changes, standardization, and automation.
• Provide change management assessments and align with leadership on milestones.
• Serve as liaison between site finance and IMFT teams and coordinate global activities.
