Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead for End-to-End Planning to drive global standards, governance, and adoption across the Integrated Supply Chain.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and business functions to shape planning capabilities, lead change initiatives, and develop training programs, while traveling 20–30% internationally and domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, E2E Planning, or related areas.
• Experience leading process improvement, transformation, or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Experience in complex global organizations.
• Ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards and governance.
• Monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics.
• Lead transformation initiatives from business, organizational, and technology changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
