Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst Internal Reporting to support the SigniFi program, focusing on commercial reporting for IBP, PVM, and LRFP. This role can be based in Zug, Switzerland or other approved locations with potential for remote options.

You will design and deploy advanced analytics, collaborate across finance teams, and deliver insights that influence management reporting.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar tools.
Experience with data integration and financial data modeling is preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls is a plus.

Design and deploy advanced analytical and financial reporting solutions.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to enhance local and global reporting.
Deliver analytics and strategic recommendations for interim and long-term reporting.
Support squads in designing and deploying innovative financial solutions.
Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
Coordinate with change management and training teams.
Maintain data integrity and uphold reporting standards across the enterprise.
