Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager IM EMEA to shape and lead procurement strategy across the Innovative Medicine EMEA domain. You will influence senior leaders, partner with category teams, and drive value through agile procurement and supplier collaboration.

Based in a European hub with potential locations in Beerse or Zug, the role focuses on regional execution, strategic sourcing, and global alignment to enable innovation and growth while reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial, or business partnership experience, including leadership roles in complex, multinational organizations.
• Pharmaceutical / life sciences experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand IM EMEA priorities and shape regional procurement strategies.
• Partner with Procurement Category Leaders to reflect regional needs in global strategies.
• Provide thought leadership in marketing procurement, including agencies, data & analytics, marketing operations, distributor services, AI-enabled services, and commercial innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior EMEA business leaders, embedding procurement considerations early in strategic planning.
• Identify and anticipate market trends, supplier developments, innovation opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead highly complex, multi-market sourcing programs, strategic negotiations, supplier restructurings, and transformation initiatives.
