Perk is seeking a Senior Sales Executive DACH to fuel growth in the Swiss market. You’ll own the end-to-end sales process, from first touch to closing, present compelling demos, and negotiate deals that align with our ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate is a native German speaker, fluent in English, with French as a plus. You’re a proactive, ethical communicator who thrives independently while contributing to a high‑performing sales team.

Qualifikationen

• Native German speaker and fluent in English required.
• French language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Hungry and ambitious, ethical and sound.
• Able to work as an individual contributor, but part of a team.
• Customer-centric mindset.

Aufgaben

• Generate new clients for travel and spend technology.
• Own the entire sales process from first touchpoint to closing.
• Present product demos to potential clients and negotiate deals.
• Understand prospect needs and articulate Perk's value across the sales cycle.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management.
