LHH partners with a globally recognized brand to recruit a Senior Marketing & Retail Activation Manager in Switzerland. The role translates global brand ambitions into regional marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business performance.

You will drive the regional strategy for EMEA, manage plans and budgets, and orchestrate product launches and activations tailored to local markets. English fluency is required, French is a strong asset, with regular travel across the EMEA region.

Qualifikationen

• 8-12+ years of marketing experience in luxury or premium consumer environments.
• Strong experience leading regional marketing activities across EMEA.
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the EMEA marketing strategy in line with global objectives.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget across the region.
• Design and execute product launch campaigns and activations.
• Collaborate with regional sales and retail partners to drive traffic and sales.
• Develop retail activation strategies and premium client experiences.
• Leverage CRM data and insights to support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate with global Marketing, Communications, PR, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs and ROI; optimize initiatives.
