Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager based in Switzerland to lead European retail campaigns, in-store experiences, and partner activations. This fully remote role requires regular travel across Europe and close collaboration with regional and global teams.

You will adapt global brand assets for Europe, drive product launches, and develop staff engagement formats while ensuring on-brand execution across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
• Experience across multiple European markets and cultures is preferred.
• Strong production, briefing, and supplier coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Own retail marketing strategy and execution across five European markets.
• Develop in-store experiences, POS displays, and partner activations.
• Coordinate product launches and regional rollout of campaigns.
• Brief creative teams and manage supplier production timelines.
• Monitor performance and adapt tactics with data-driven insights.
