Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli in Kilchberg, Switzerland is seeking a Channel Activation Manager for Global Travel Retail to develop and implement marketing campaigns and drive growth with the Brand teams. You will create customer-focused activations and oversee asset creation with Brand Managers.

Lead end-to-end activation projects, onboard local partners, monitor performance, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Fluency in English; German preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in trade marketing or market activation, preferably in Travel Retail.
• Proven ability to develop and execute activation concepts.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activation campaigns for novelties and core lines.
• Coordinate end-to-end activation projects with Brand & Trade Marketing.
• Onboard local partners and ensure on-time, budget-adherent delivery.
• Support regional adaptation and provide marketing support.
