Job summary

Hemro Group, headquartered in Zürich, is seeking a Regional Trade & Live Marketing Manager EMEA to translate global strategy into growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will own regional trade activations, campaigns and live events, collaborating with sales, product, and brand teams, distributors and D2C channels.

In this role you combine creativity, performance and collaboration to drive sell-in, sell-out and ROI, while travel to events is required and fluency in English is

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trade marketing, channel or shopper marketing, ideally in specialty coffee, premium appliances, hospitality equipment or consumer durables.

Responsibilities

• Translate global trade marketing strategy into regional plans with market-specific needs.
• Roll out HQ's omnichannel toolkits and trade programs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Plan and run regional campaigns across D2C and partner channels with clear KPIs.
• Lead annual regional planning with key stakeholders.
• Support partners with tools, training and tailored marketing for market success.
• Own the regional live marketing calendar and manage trade shows and events end to end.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Product, Brand, Digital and eCommerce to align activations with goals.
• Feed market and event insights to HQ to shape global strategy and toolkits.
• Report KPIs and manage regional budget, agencies and suppliers.
