Job summary

Arbeitnow is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer for Lausanne to provide 3rd level support for enterprise End-User Compute services, including Azure Virtual Desktop. You will resolve complex incidents, draft procedures, and train Level 1–2 teams while ensuring security and compliance across devices.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and VDI, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years in IT with focus on digital workplace or end-user computing.
Experience in business systems analysis and operational support.

Responsibilities

Handle complex incidents escalated from lower levels, including OS issues.
Draft and share technical procedures with Level 1–2 teams and deliver training.
Perform root cause analysis using logs and crash data to identify recurring issues.
Deploy automated patches via endpoint management tools and maintain device security compliance.
Use PowerShell to automate recurring admin tasks and actions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
Create training materials to support user adoption of new tools and features.
