The role requires Windows 10/11 expertise, O365, VPN, MDM, imaging with Autopilot/Intune, and strong communication in English and local language. You will collaborate with network/server teams and support VIP users.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting of MS Office and O365.
• Hardware troubleshooting for PC & peripherals.
• Experience with VPN and MDM exposure.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support.
• Deliver PC, VDI Host, and mobile device support.
• Support printing and scanning devices.
• Manage break-fix for hardware and software.
• Perform IMAC for PCs and peripherals.
• Assist desktop apps and local installations when remote deploys fail.
• Facilitate new tech implementations and user training.
• Support VIP users and meeting-room tech.
• Assist IT asset management and inventory.
• Coordinate loaning of IT equipment.
• Support business events and workplace tech.
• Provide hands-on support for network/server teams.
• Install, inspect, test wiring and connectivity.
• Document service activities and tickets.
• Ensure timely acceptance and closure of service requests.
• Promote IT best practices to users.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware/software.
