Job summary

Live Digital - Go to Market Recruitment Agency in Switzerland is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support business customers in Romandie. This permanent, full-time position involves onboarding new clients, answering questions by phone, email and messaging, and ensuring smooth ongoing platform usage.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, with optional German, and have customer-facing experience and CRM familiarity.

• Native or fluent French required.
• German or Swiss German is a plus but not required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or contact centre).
• Organised and careful with paperwork and detail.
• Calm under pressure while handling multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, email and messaging and resolve issues quickly and properly.
• Help new business customers get set up, including collecting and checking documents.
• Show customers how the platform works and help them get the most from it.
• Support customers and their own customers through the service at the point of use.
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM.
• Prepare customer agreements and paperwork for the sales team.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the right team and follow up until resolved.
• Keep up to date with new products and processes to explain them clearly.

Our client is a growing Swiss B2B fintech with a strong and expanding base of business customers across Switzerland. They're hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to look after their business customers in Romandie. You'd be the person these customers call, email and message when they need help, and the one who makes sure new customers are set up and running smoothly.

If you're in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking or a call centre today and want to move into a fintech where you have a group of customers you really get to know, this is a good step up.

• Answering customer questions by phone, email and messaging, and resolving issues quickly and properly
• Helping new business customers get set up, including collecting and checking the documents they need to provide
• Showing customers how the platform works and helping them get the most from it
• Supporting customers and their own customers through the service at the point of use
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM
• Preparing customer agreements and paperwork for the sales team
• Passing complex or technical issues to the right team and following up until they're resolved
• Keeping up to date with new products and processes so you can explain them clearly

• French at native or fully fluent level, written and spoken
• German or Swiss German is a strong plus, but not essential
• Experience in a customer-facing role: customer service, client support, hospitality, retail, banking or a contact centre
• Patient and clear when explaining things to people, in person and in writing
• Organised and careful with paperwork and detail
• Calm under pressure and comfortable handling several customer requests at once
• Comfortable picking up new software; CRM experience is a plus
• Someone who wants a role they can settle into and grow with
• Based in French-speaking Switzerland
• Salary up to CHF 70,000 per year, depending on experience
