Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-impact recruitment across Commercial, Operations, and Support. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive strategy, and coach peers in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will own end-to-end searches for senior leadership and specialist roles, leveraging market intelligence and innovative sourcing to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience while reporting in Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering senior, complex, and business-critical hires across Commercial, Operations and Support functions.
• Hands-on player-coach who mentors colleagues while delivering own recruitment outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence senior decision-makers and manage confidential appointments.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across international teams.
• Experience with direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing hires in competitive markets.
• Experience using Greenhouse for workflow management, reporting, and stakeholder visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and specialist roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and assessment criteria.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using talent mapping and personalized engagement.
• Facilitate recruitment kick-offs, calibrations, and hiring discussions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Assess leadership potential and transferable skills amidst evolving requirements and priorities.
• Manage senior-level candidate relationships, negotiations, and sensitive conversations.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues on search reviews, calibration, and stakeholder management.
• Help resolve stalled searches and provide hands-on support for priority vacancies.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to prioritize hiring needs and improve delivery capacity.
• Use data, market intelligence, and candidate feedback to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in Greenhouse for visibility.
• Drive improvements in sourcing, assessment, workflows, and recruitment technology.
• Promote inclusive, candidate-centered recruitment practices and develop reusable tools.
