Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Brand Activation Specialist based in Switzerland to lead high-impact advertising and brand experiences across the traveller journey. You will own negotiations, production, launch, and performance reporting for in-flight and OOH campaigns, collaborating with agencies, media partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media, sponsorships, brand marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience with in-flight advertising, OOH media, or other offline media negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and multi-million-euro budgets.
• Strong commercial judgement and independent negotiation from initial discussions to signed agreements.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: travel/aviation media; Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for in-flight advertising contracts and renewals.
• Manage in-flight updates and asset coordination with partners.
• Oversee production lifecycle of in-flight video content.
• Develop and execute OOH strategies across airports and transit networks.
• Identify new media opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Source and execute brand activations like pop-ups and live events.
• Collaborate with brand teams to integrate activations into campaigns.
• Assess opportunities within distribution partnerships and commercial potential.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and venue operators.
• Establish KPIs, monitor campaigns, and report performance.
• Connect campaign results with sponsorship performance and brand health metrics.
• Take ownership of substantial multi-million-euro budgets.
