Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Head of Procurement based in Switzerland to lead a global procurement function from the ground up and align strategy with growth.

You will own supplier relationships, manage complex telecom partnerships, and establish governance to scale quickly while partnering with finance, product and operations in a fast-moving, remote-capable environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing tech or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to build procurement functions, policies and vendor management processes.
• Strong background in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Experience with financial analysis of supplier costs, pricing, and savings opportunities.
• Leadership skills to design scalable processes and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a global procurement strategy to support international expansion.
• Negotiate with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable terms and SLAs.
• Establish procurement policies, processes and governance across the organization.
• Analyze supplier spend and drive cost savings without compromising service.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and scalable vendor management workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, product and operations to align procurement with business goals.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and opportunities as the function grows.
• Position procurement as a strategic function contributing to profitability and resilience.
