Job summary

Aleph in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Client Partner to drive revenue growth and expand Aleph's footprint in the Swiss digital advertising landscape. You will directly contribute to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term partnerships with advertisers and agencies.

This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role where you will own a book of business, identify opportunities, and position Aleph as a strategic partner within the Swiss market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital advertising experience in business development, account or ad sales.
• Strong network within the Swiss advertising ecosystem including media agencies and advertisers.
• Direct revenue responsibility and conversion-focused mindset.
• Experience in paid search advertising (SEM) and performance marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows in a fully remote setup.
• Right to work in Switzerland and fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion for Swiss advertisers.
• Own a book of business, generate leads, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance with accuracy.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and align campaigns with legal and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and optimization.
• Engage with clients to understand objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans.
