Jobgether is seeking a Senior Character Art Director (Stylized Games | Mobile) based in Europe to shape the visual identity of an unannounced title. You will lead character art from concept to in‑game implementation, guiding a distributed team across Europe and the United States with hands‑on artistry and clear direction.

You will establish art standards, mentor artists, and collaborate with animators, designers, and creative leaders to deliver expressive, memorable characters and compelling

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional game art experience, including Character Art Director or similar leadership roles.
• Experience with stylized game art and mobile projects is highly desirable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing stylized characters, storytelling through design, and leadership impact.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain character art direction across the project.
• Drive character design, storytelling, and visual appeal for stylized characters.
• Translate personality and gameplay needs into design while preserving readability across cameras.
• Provide hands‑on artistic work and communicate direction through sketches and paintovers.
• Lead production from concept to in‑game implementation and materials.
• Establish and enforce character art quality standards and guidelines.
• Review artwork and provide constructive feedback to raise overall quality.
• Collaborate with animation, design, and tech teams across Europe and US.
• Lead and mentor artists to grow, maintain high output, and align with vision.
