This role emphasizes hands-on artwork, mentorship, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to maintain a compelling and production‑ready visual identity. You will work closely with art directors and designers, balancing artistic ambition with gameplay

Competenze

• At least six years of professional concept art experience in game development.
• Proven experience as a Lead Concept Artist or in a senior leadership role.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong artistic fundamentals, design thinking, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to establish and maintain a cohesive artistic style across asset types and disciplines.

• Lead concept art development across characters, environments and props.
• Set artistic standards and style guides for multiple projects.
