Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Pixel Artist (Stylized Games | 2D Art) based in Switzerland. The role is fully remote and focuses on producing high-quality pixel art assets—characters, creatures, props, environments, and icons—while shaping a cohesive visual identity for long-term game projects.

You will collaborate with art directors, concept artists, animators, and technical artists, translating briefs into production-ready artwork and maintaining consistency across

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in pixel art or 2D game art.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing high-quality pixel art with a distinctive visual sensibility.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, silhouettes, shape language, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong proficiency with pixel art tools such as Aseprite or Photoshop.

Responsabilités

• Create polished pixel art assets for characters, creatures, props, environments and icons.
• Translate briefs and concept art into production-ready pixel art designs.
• Maintain visual standards for pixel density, shading, color consistency and detail.
• Collaborate with art directors, concept artists, animators, and technical artists throughout production.
• Prepare and organize assets for integration into game engines and real-time pipelines.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the project's visual identity across large asset collections.
