Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional storyboard/visual storytelling experience.
• The candidate has worked in game development, animation, or narrative-driven environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storyboard, visual storytelling, and cinematic skills.
• Excellent drawing fundamentals: anatomy, perspective, staging, gesture.
• Clear storytelling through camera language, pacing, and visual continuity.
• Experience creating storyboards, animatics, or keyframe sequences.
• Strong character acting through poses, expressions, and body language.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Storyboard Pro; experience with Blender/Unreal/Unity is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead visual development of story-driven sequences for game production.
• Translate scripts and briefs into expressive storyboards.
• Develop camera language, pacing, and transitions for narrative clarity.
• Convey character personality and emotion through drawings.
• Create thumbnails, keyframes, and references exploring directions.
• Ensure storytelling remains readable within gameplay constraints.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Animators, designers, and narrative teams.
• Incorporate feedback while preserving creative intent.
• Prepare boards and references for animatics and in-game implementation.
• Maintain visual language consistency across sequences.
