You will assess organizational needs and design, implement and evaluate programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning, while expanding market position through new business relationships.

You will lead BD initiatives, manage relationships with customers, and guide teams to meet program goals.

• Design and execute key BD elements and measure outcomes.
• Provide coaching on BD methods to supervisors and managers.
• Manage development planning for executives and rising leaders.
• Provide consultative mentoring to business units.
• Plan long- and short-term BD program activities.
• Prepare budgetary recommendations for BD goals.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals as needed.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with management and estimators.
• Supervise BD teams across multiple work units.
