AsstrA seeks a senior business development leader in Zürich to drive market strategy, grow sales, and win new customers. You will personally participate in key meetings, negotiations, and strategic commercial activities while strengthening relationships with existing clients and partners.

You will lead in developing tailored logistics solutions for Hi-Tech, Energy, OEM, and Pharma sectors, and work with international teams to influence commercial growth and local market development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.
• Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.
• Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
• Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.
• Understanding of operational processes in logistics.
• Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.
• Fluent German and English.
