Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a proactive Assistant to support senior executives within our Infrastructure Partnerships team in Zug. You will manage calendars, organize meetings across time zones, and coordinate travel with Concur and partners.

You will track decisions, handle expense reports, plan team events, maintain CRM records, and assist with recruitment logistics. The role offers exposure to global teams and room to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or executive support, ideally in a professional services, financial services or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or management teams is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, including tools such as Outlook, Concur and CRM platforms
• Ability to manage competing priorities while staying structured and responsive
• A collaborative mindset and a professional approach to working with colleagues, candidates and external contacts

Responsibilities

• Track decisions, open actions and deadlines, clarify next steps with relevant stakeholders, and follow up proactively until items are completed
• Arrange domestic and international travel through Concur and external travel partners, including itineraries and logistics
• Process expense reports and support administrative workflows in a timely and accurate manner
• Plan and deliver team events, including offsites and seasonal events, from budgeting and venue selection through to invitations and on-site logistics
• Maintain CRM records by logging key interactions and keeping contact information up to date
• Support recruiting and onboarding logistics, including interview scheduling and coordination with HR Recruitment
