Job description

What it's about

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to support senior executives within our Infrastructure Partnerships team in Zug. This is an opportunity to join one of Partners Group’s fastest-growing teams, where priorities are dynamic, collaboration is global, and your contribution will directly support the team’s ability to operate effectively. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, assistants, investment professionals, HR and other teams across the firm, with room to take ownership and help shape efficient ways of working.

What you will do
  • Manage complex calendars for internal and external meetings, conferences and calls across multiple time zones
  • Organize and coordinate investment committee meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials
  • Track decisions, open actions and deadlines, clarify next steps with relevant stakeholders, and follow up proactively until items are completed
  • Arrange domestic and international travel through Concur and external travel partners, including itineraries and logistics
  • Process expense reports and support administrative workflows in a timely and accurate manner
  • Plan and deliver team events, including offsites and seasonal events, from budgeting and venue selection through to invitations and on-site logistics
  • Maintain CRM records by logging key interactions and keeping contact information up to date
  • Support recruiting and onboarding logistics, including interview scheduling and coordination with HR Recruitment
What you bring

Ownership: You anticipate what is needed next, take initiative and act before being asked.

Organization and attention to detail: You keep track of priorities, open actions and deadlines, and make sure important items are followed through.

Follow-through: You follow up politely and persistently, close the loop on outstanding topics and complete tasks without needing reminders.

Judgement: Once you understand how the team works, you make routine decisions independently and elevate when input or alignment is needed.

Communication: You communicate clearly and concisely, work effectively with colleagues across the firm and speak up when something needs attention.

Trust: You are dependable, responsive when time-critical matters come up and handle confidential information with discretion.

What we expect
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or executive support, ideally gained in a professional services, financial services or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or management teams is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, including tools such as Outlook, Concur and CRM platforms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while staying structured and responsive
  • A collaborative mindset and a professional approach to working with colleagues, candidates and external contacts
What we offer

Partners Group is a leading global private markets investment manager, built differently to build differently. We combine an entrepreneurial culture with high expectations and genuine care, and we are committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent. Here, you take ownership from the start, and results are recognized and rewarded.

  • Competitive compensation, including performance-based bonuses and a daily lunch allowance
  • Global professional environment with international exposure, collaborative culture, and opportunities to learn the business from industry leaders and seasoned professionals
  • Comprehensive career development through challenging opportunities, hands‑on training, dedicated mentorship programs, and our PG Academy learning platform for continuous growth
  • Premium facilities including a state‑of‑the‑art building, diverse on‑site dining options, and complimentary gym access with fitness classes
  • Community engagement through office events, team activities, and volunteer opportunities to connect with local communities
  • Sabbatical program: one month off after every five years of service to recharge and explore
  • Make an impact on the organization by supporting the continued growth of our firm. Our working environment is humble, inclusive and transparent, and our structure is flat, enabling close collaboration and meaningful contribution from day one.
