Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH in Basel is seeking an Apple System Administrator for on-site, full-time work in Switzerland. You will oversee macOS administration, Jamf Pro fleets, and cross-platform management with Intune and Meraki, while ensuring security compliance in a Windows-dominated enterprise.

The role requires multi-year enterprise experience with Apple devices, strong documentation skills, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

Multi-year enterprise macOS administration experience.
Experience with Jamf Pro in large fleets.
Experience with Azure/Entra ID integration and Conditional Access.
Strong security/compliance experience in Windows-major enterprise environments.
Fluency in German and English (min B2).
Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Manage Jamf Pro end-to-end, including policies, profiles, smart groups, packaging, and patching.
Build zero-touch provisioning pipelines via Apple Business Manager and SYM.
Administer Microsoft Intune for iOS and Cisco Meraki for Android devices to ensure unified compliance.
Configure Azure/Entra ID enterprise apps, security groups, Conditional Access, SSO (SAML/OIDC).
Oversee storage and licensing (LucidLink, font servers, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Provide senior desktop support, manage hardware stock lifecycle, and contribute to data centre operations.
