Sword Group is seeking a Senior AI Lead in Geneva to drive the company’s AI strategy and implementation. The role focuses on turning AI into a tangible business enabler across engineering, product development, certification and support while prioritising security, compliance, traceability and sustainability.

You will lead governance, evaluate new AI technologies, and guide senior stakeholders through AI-driven transformation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience shaping AI strategy and translating business goals into actionable plans.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and AI platforms.
• Proven ability to establish governance, risk management and compliance for AI.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with senior management and engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Define and continuously develop the organisation-wide AI vision, strategy and implementation roadmap with Engineering, Product, IT and Quality.
• Establish an effective AI governance framework to ensure responsible and secure AI adoption.
• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across engineering, product development, certification, quality, operations and support.
• Monitor emerging technologies (LLMs, RAG, enterprise AI platforms) and advise on adoption potential.
• Define AI architecture principles and criteria, supporting strategic platform decisions.
• Drive integration of AI into existing toolchains with governance and traceability.
• Lead pilots, PoCs and innovation initiatives, evaluating benefits, risks and scalability.
• Promote AI adoption through training and awareness, monitor regulatory developments and guide management.
