Artefact, a next-generation strategy and data consulting firm, seeks an Engagement Manager for its Zurich/Lausanne offices. You will bridge strategy with data/AI transformation, guiding clients from hypothesis to implementation.

You will lead hybrid project teams, engage C-level stakeholders, craft actionable roadmaps, and contribute to practice building while growing with the Swiss team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to liaise with C-level stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; French is a plus
