Hexagon Innovation Hub in Heerbrugg is seeking a leader for AI governance and responsible AI to scale AI across a decentralized organization. You will own enterprise AI governance, manage vendor relationships, drive AI literacy and change management, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable value while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in AI governance within a large international organization.
• Fluent English; German or other languages a plus.
• Ability to engage with technology vendors on commercial and governance topics.
• Leadership experience or readiness for first-line leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
• Own the enterprise AI tool portfolio and conduct AI risk assessments.
• Guide responsible AI development, deployment, and data handling.
• Ensure compliance with EU AI Act and translate into practical guidance.
• Evaluate AI vendors and negotiate commercial terms and commitments.
• Drive the AI-Enabled Company program with measurable outcomes.
• Establish frameworks for measuring AI adoption, maturity, and value.
• Support divisions in identifying and scaling AI opportunities.
• Define usage guidance and best practices for tools and agents.
