Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software engineering, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data & AI or similar.
• Proven AI initiatives leadership and company-wide technology rollouts.
• Ability to shape tech strategies and convert goals into investment roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures, enterprise platforms) and risks.
• Judgement to compare technologies using technical, business, operational factors.
• Experience designing architectures across platforms with cybersecurity, governance and compliance.
• A aerospace sector background is a plus.

• Build and evolve the company-wide AI vision, strategy and roadmap with engineering and leadership.
• Set up an AI governance model for secure, compliant use of AI technologies.
• Spot and rank AI use cases across engineering, product, certification, quality, ops and support with business value.
• Monitor emerging technologies (LLMs, agentic systems, enterprise AI platforms) and advise on adoption.
• Define architecture principles and criteria for AI solutions; support platform decisions.
• Embed AI capabilities into engineering environments while preserving traceability and governance.
• Run pilots, proofs of concept and innovation projects balancing benefits, risks and scalability.
• Drive adoption through training and awareness; monitor regulation and advise management.
