vector8 in Zurich seeks a Senior Applied AI Consultant to shape and deliver AI solutions for banking clients on-site, embedding with client teams and turning strategic opportunities into working implementations. You will lead strategy, opportunity assessment, business case development, and production-scale AI initiatives while balancing governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Fluent German is required; Swiss German preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in a client-facing technical role in consulting or services
• Proven ability to deliver demos, prototypes, and production-grade AI solutions in enterprise settings
• Experience with AI architectures, LLMs, and integration into banking environments
• Fluent German is required; Swiss German preferred

Aufgaben

• Embed directly with client teams to understand business priorities and delivery opportunities
• Own workstreams and deliverables from analyses to roadmaps and POCs for AI solutions
• Engage with client stakeholders up to C-suite to drive decisions and outcomes
• Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and assure AI solutions that deliver value
• Run and facilitate client meetings, bringing structure and data-driven guidance
• Collaborate with SMEs to align design with business outcomes
• Contribute to business development and proposals for new engagements
• Integrate AI solutions into existing banking tech stacks including APIs and legacy systems
