vector8 in Switzerland is seeking a (Senior) Consultant Strategy & AI Transformation to partner with leading Financial Services and Insurance clients to design and implement AI‑driven strategies. You will shape business transformations – from refining propositions that deliver measurable business outcomes to driving change management and optimizing organizational design.

You will join a small, entrepreneurial, multi‑disciplinary team where your expertise will directly shape the firm’s impact.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in a relevant field from a leading institution.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and outcomes‑driven delivery.

Aufgaben

• Advise senior leaders on AI-enabled strategies, governance and transformation priorities.
• Structure complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Deliver cross-functional transformations from strategy to roadmap and benefits realization.
• Lead project workstreams and coach junior colleagues for high-quality delivery.
• Support business development with proposals, client offerings and thought leadership.
• Travel internationally for client engagements, primarily in the UK and France.
