Zusammenfassung

KeyPartners is seeking an experienced Zone Manager Aftersales to lead the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will strengthen the dealer network, drive business performance and ensure outstanding customer experience across the Ferrari dealer network in the region.

The role reports directly to the Director Aftersales Switzerland and requires extensive travel within German-speaking Switzerland. A technical or mechanical background is highly desirable and fluent German with professional

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience in automotive aftersales or related field.
• Proven experience working with dealer networks (importer or automotive manufacturer).
• Technical/mechanical background in automotive industry is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, parts business, warranty and customer service.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the aftersales strategy within your region.
• Build strong relationships with dealer principals, service managers and aftersales teams.
• Monitor dealer performance using KPIs like customer satisfaction, service retention, workshop productivity, parts sales, warranty performance, and profitability.
• Identify business opportunities and define action plans to improve dealer performance.
• Support dealers in implementing manufacturer standards, processes and best practices.
• Coach and train dealer management teams on aftersales operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of warranty policies and service campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Parts and Customer Experience teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular business reviews, performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
