Roche is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Head of technical Product Management & Strategy within the Supply Chain Management department. The role focuses on organizing meetings, coordinating cross-departmental activities, handling travel and expenses, and maintaining accurate records in TouchPoint and intranet systems.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in administrative duties and proficiency with office applications.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication, including persuasion and influence.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills; takes initiative.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to contribute to the team spirit.
• Good command of German and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day activities and meeting schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings and videoconferences.
• Own operating rhythm and align agendas across departments and functions.
• Support the department in dealing with other departments, affiliates, sites and 3rd parties.
• Organize travel, courses and seminars with Travel Center or external parties.
• Handle expense accounts and keep databases up-to-date (TouchPoint, intranet, contacts).
• Prepare visitor programs and onboarding of new employees (PTST-LT members).
• Account assignment of invoices for Head of technical Product Management & Strategy.
