This 10-month, full-time, hourly position provides flexible behavioral support across district schools. The RBT will implement established strategies, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to support students’ learning and behavior

Qualifications

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through the BACB, or ability to obtain and maintain within district timeframe.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of required background checks and employment screenings.
Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs.
Ability to collect, record, and maintain accurate student data.

Responsibilities

Provide direct behavioral and educational support to students under supervision of a qualified behavior professional.
Collaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, families, and school teams.
Implement established behavior support and instructional strategies and collect data.
Support development of replacement behaviors and functional skills.
Do not diagnose or develop behavior treatment plans; work within supervision requirements.
