The Merrimack School District is looking to hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (multiple vacancies), to join our staff.
Overview
Full Time
5 days 35 - 40 hours a week
School Year (per diem summer work available)
K -12
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise paraeducators and other ABA providers while providing ongoing training and support.
- Build district capacity to support students experiencing behavioral challenges.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients lives.
