Aufgaben

• Enter sales orders into SAP according to specifications, monitoring shipping schedules and master data.
• Monitor iDocs transmission and work on reports.
• Prepare and collect export documents for customers and logistics providers.
• Release sales invoices to accounting in line with ICFR guidelines.
• Manage issues and discrepancies, enter claims, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Issue credit/debit notes with month-end/year-end approvals.
• Maintain customer master data and update as required.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English, German, or French.
