Zusammenfassung

TalentCloud Group seeks an Order Management Specialist in Basel, hybrid, to manage customer orders from entry to delivery and to contribute to SAP Master Data processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Logistics teams to ensure accurate pricing, dates and availability.

Requirements include several years in Order Management or Sales Operations, strong SAP experience, and fluent German and English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Order Management, Order Processing, or Sales Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (SD/MM/PP).
• Ability to collaborate with different internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Managing and processing customer orders within SAP.
• Reviewing order details including pricing, delivery dates and product availability.
• Coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Logistics teams.
• Monitoring the complete order lifecycle from order receipt through to delivery.
• Resolving delivery challenges and data issues; improving master data processes.
