SKAN in Allschwil, Switzerland, is seeking a reliable Sales Administration professional to support global sales teams from the back office. You will handle order entry and processing in SAP, coordinate handovers to executing departments, and ensure timely project handover.

The role offers an international environment, collaboration with sales colleagues, and opportunities for development. Proficiency in SAP, LC knowledge, and MS Office are valued, as are German and English skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, a commercial qualification with relevant further education, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in an administrative role, ideally in order processing or Sales Administration.
• Good SAP skills, particularly in order processing.
• Knowledge of letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Confident user of standard MS Office applications.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Order entry and processing for international projects in SAP.
• Reviewing customer purchase orders and preparing order confirmations.
• Creating and maintaining project structures in SAP and PLM and monitoring relevant deadlines.
• Compiling relevant project information and ensuring a smooth handover of projects to the organization.
• Independently conducting project handover meetings and coordinating relevant interfaces.
• Preparing customer invoices, down payment invoices, and final invoices.
• Initiating project-related deliveries.
• Processing and coordinating letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Maintaining customer and project data in CRM and SAP.
• Coordinating customer questionnaires (Supplier Assessments).
• Handling additional administrative and organizational tasks.
