PSA BDP, a PSA Group company, Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to own shipments from order placement through delivery and invoicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, plan transport orders, and act as the main contact for customers, carriers, and offices, while driving continuous improvement and strict regulatory compliance. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in international logistics operations or similar.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• DG awareness (dangerous goods).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics shipments.
• Plan, book, and monitor transport orders with proactive tracking.
• Serve as main contact for customers, carriers, overseas offices, and customs partners.
• Build customer relationships with proactive shipment updates.
• Coordinate with internal operations and external service providers.
• Monitor shipment performance and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve operational challenges and customer complaints through root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, procedures, quality standards and regulations.
• Prepare shipment-related documentation and support invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate operational data and support reporting.
