Personal Contact Basel AG is seeking a Supply Chain & Relationship Manager in Basel to lead supply planning, coordinate production scheduling, and manage relationships with external manufacturers.

The role requires 3–5 years of supply chain experience, ERP S4HANA proficiency, and strong English communication. This is a 100% on-site, temporary position based in 4051 Basel (BS), with a focus on collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Supply Chain or Science or APICS certification (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years work experience in supply chain.
• Experience with ERP (S4Hana) and supply chain planning systems.
• Strategy, finance and business acumen training is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Own an executable zero to three years supply plan enabling production and scheduling of external assets/products.
• Manage inventory within internal/external manufacturing network to ensure supply and avoid obsolescence.
• Act as Supply Chain partner for Contract Manufacturing Organizations to maintain strong relations.
• Perform the order fulfillment lifecycle from intermediates to drug products.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, in quality, and in a compliant way.
• Intermediary between production sites, Contract Manufacturing Organizations and global partners to enhance collaboration.
